Our Story
Bringing fast, honest, local mobile repair service to communities across the country since 2011.
ADEL GROUP INC was founded and is led by its president, Mohammad Soaibur Hossain Adhel. What began as a single mobile repair counter is today a nationwide network of over 125 repair and accessory kiosks, trading as We Fix All, Fix + Cover and Smart Fix in shopping centers across the United States.
Building that network has meant doing the whole job in-house: identifying the right sites, negotiating the leases, rolling out store after store, and designing and manufacturing the kiosks themselves so each one fits its location and the customers it serves. It is an unusual combination of retail property judgement and hands-on engineering, and it is what lets us open close to the people we serve rather than waiting for them to find us.
Every location runs on the same promise: an honest diagnosis, a repair completed while you wait wherever possible, and parts labelled plainly as Aftermarket, Refurbished or New, so you always know exactly what is going into your device and what you are paying for.
Our mission is to make a good repair the easy choice — affordable, quick, and explained in plain language — for every customer who walks up to one of our counters.
That outlook comes from our founder. Originally from Bangladesh, Mohammad Soaibur Hossain Adhel trained in Philosophy and taught it at university level, and has written several books. He moved into business in 2005, founding and running cell phone retail stores in Bangladesh until 2011, when he relocated to the United States and grew the company into the kiosk network it is today.
Away from the shop floor he is a keen footballer, as player and supporter, and a highly regarded master of Carrom — the board game popular across India and Southeast Asia — with tournament wins to his name.
He lives with his wife, Shanaya Misu Aayan, and their seven-year-old son, Rafi. Together the couple runs an orphanage, funding it entirely themselves. It cares for 25 children today, and an expansion now underway will raise that to 150. That commitment sits at the centre of how we think about the business: a company should be worth something to the people around it, not only to its customers.
We want repair to be the first thing people consider when a device breaks — not replacement. Reaching that means being close enough to be convenient, fast enough to be practical, and open enough about parts and pricing that choosing us is an easy decision.
We are building toward one repair standard across every location. Our stores are grouped into zones, each led by an experienced technician who sets pricing and manages stock for their area, so a customer gets the same answer to the same question whichever counter they walk up to. A shared system keeps inventory, parts pricing and daily sales in step across the whole network, and flags stock for reordering before a shelf runs empty.
We aim to cover every phone our customers actually carry — today that means 498 models across Apple, Samsung, Motorola and Google, from current flagships back through more than a decade of handsets, with screens, batteries, charging ports, rear glass and board-level work quoted for each. Older phones stay on the list long after the manufacturer has moved on, because someone is still using them.
And we want the visit to start before you arrive. Booking a repair online should tell you which of our stores is nearest, put your enquiry straight in front of the technician who will do the work, and get you a real answer about your device — not a call-back queue.
